Our experience with rural ugandan communities show 3 in 5 adult youth unemployed; 7 in 10 sort of basic employable skills. Government would provide the largest number of skilled Employees in Uganda, enabling transition to employable Skills, and supply competent apprentices! We envision Sport as a discipline with potential to play a central role in transforming Ugandan grassroot communities; yet, negative socio-economic dynamics keeps the largest proportion of potential individuals limitedly exposed, leaving significant portions of youth talents unexploited!<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Since 2021, WENET has worked with community Leaders, 9 community Youth Groups, 18 teacher Agents &amp; stakeholders; prioritizing Games &amp; Sports.
