At World Educare Network, our Theory of Change is the foundation of our strategy for empowering communities in Uganda. We believe that by providing access to quality education, vocational training, and essential resources, we can foster self-reliance and sustainable development.
Our Long-Term Goal: To create resilient communities where individuals have the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to lead healthy, productive lives.
Intermediate Outcomes: We focus on improving educational access, enhancing vocational skills, and promoting health and well-being. These outcomes are critical steps towards building self-sufficient communities.
Our Activities: We implement educational programs, vocational training initiatives, health awareness campaigns, and support for small businesses. These activities are designed to address the specific needs of the communities we serve.
Assumptions: We operate under the belief that education and skill development are the keys to breaking the cycle of poverty. We assume that by equipping individuals with the right tools, they will be able to uplift themselves and contribute positively to their communities.
Indicators: We measure our success through increased school enrollment, improved literacy and numeracy rates, successful completion of vocational training, and the establishment of sustainable small enterprises.
Our Theory of Change guides everything we do, ensuring that our efforts are aligned with our mission to create lasting, positive change in the lives of those we serve. By understanding and addressing the root causes of poverty, we aim to build a brighter future for Uganda, one community at a time.
